cultuur.<\/strong><\/h6><p class=\"font_8\">Een werkcultuur waarin de medewerkers samen werken in een veilige omgeving, waar iedereen bijdraagt, leert, zich verantwoordelijk voelt voor en aanspreekbaar is op het proces en het eindresultaat en waar \u2018erkende ongelijkheid\u2019 geldt. Een krachtige, brede en diepgaande analyse is dan een goed startpunt. Tenslotte ken ik uw organisatie en de wereld waarin u opereert nu goed.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">\u200bIk heb specifieke kennis en ervaring op het gebied van kwaliteitszorg, wanneer het even niet goed en van integrale kindcentra. Die heb ik opgedaan in jarenlange onderzoeks- en ontwikkelopdrachten vanuit het ministerie van OCW en de Europese Unie. Daarnaast heb ik vele gemeenten, schoolbesturen en organisaties voor kinderopvang ondersteund en begeleid.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">\u200bMijn partners en ik hebben veel ervaring met scholen waar het even niet zo lekker gaat: een (zeer) zwakke beoordeling van de inspectie, gedoe met ouders en de media, geen goede samenwerking binnen het team, tussen team en leiding of tussen school en bestuur. Dit start\u00a0met een goede, gedeelde en gezamenlijk opgestelde opdracht of missie. Daarnaast is ook de technische kant van belang: de financi\u00ebn, de huisvesting, het personeel en de sturing. Soms is dat goed, soms helpt het. Maar mijn ervaring is dat het effect van trainingen op de lange termijn niet groot is. Coaching op de werkvloer werkt vaak beter.<\/h6><\/div><div id=\"comp-k5wwaqiu\" class=\"BaOVQ8 tz5f0K comp-k5wwaqiu wixui-text\" data-testid=\"richTextElement\"><p class=\"font_8\">Ik coach alle soorten professionals, van uitvoerden tot bestuurders en toezichthouders. Stel de vragen die gesteld moeten worden, zeg de dingen die gezegd moeten worden, laat reflecteren en nadenken.
